Refund policy
Because Digital Focus is a digital product, delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final. Once the download link has been sent, we're unable to offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.
When we will issue a refund or replacement:
- You received a corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable file
- You were charged but never received your download link or confirmation email
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice
If any of the above applies, contact us at signalandfocus.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we'll either resend the correct file or issue a refund — usually within 2–3 business days.
What we can't refund:
- Change of mind after downloading the file
- Not having enough time to read or use the material
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
How to request a refund or replacement:
Email us at signalandfocus.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
